Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a true Hawaiian style with uncomfortable beds featuring horrific plastic layers under the bed-linen, yet it offered a whirlpool on the terrace in the Garden of Eden. The service was excellent, allowing for a late check-out. The location was very close to an area with various food trucks, and the dining experience included canapes. However, the rooms were not as comfortable due to the unpleasant beds, and the price may not align with the value for money offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were in the Garden of Eden with two beds, but unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable with horrific plastic layers underneath the bed-linen. On the bright side, there was a whirlpool on the terrace which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, as they were very nice and even allowed us to do a late check-out. However, the price for some services was a bit high. The location was convenient, although not the most central, it was very close to an area with easy access back to other parts of the island. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I was thrilled with the room's whirlpool terrace but found the beds uncomfortable with horrible plastic layers under the linen. The Garden of Eden setting with two beds was a nice touch, offering a mix of comfort and slight disappointment.
